How fast can you ship samples?
Stock samples ship within 3 – 7 days from Shenzhen. Custom samples (printed packaging, branded firmware) take 7 – 14 days.
Do you support Latin America certification?
Yes - we support IFT (Mexico), Anatel (Brazil), and ENACOM (Argentina) certification requirements. We will confirm the documentation scope for your selected model and target market.
What's the warranty?
12-month hardware warranty, with lifetime firmware update support. OEM spare-parts and replacement handling are confirmed during program scoping.
Can we discuss OEM branding and white-label app/cloud?
